The customer service at this establishment is some of the best in the city. The wait staff and bartenders are right there, taking good care of you. We never had to wait long for any request, whether it was the food for our large group, some more drinks, or anything else. While the music was a bit loud, especially the house music in between sets from the live band, and made it hard to hear, we had a great time and loved the customer service we received.

Can They Accommodate Big Groups?

Sotto is able to accommodate some larger groups when necessary. Reservations are always appreciated, no matter the size of the group. Some evenings the place is busy and you will need a reservation to make sure that you have a spot when you show up. Other times it is possible to walk right in. If you have a group of ten or more, we recommend that you call ahead and reserve a table for everyone so that you are able to get right in and place your order. Keep in mind that Sotto is happy to take reservations and hold a table for you. but if you are more than 15 minutes past your reservation time, they will let go of it and let other patrons take it if they are waiting.

This restaurant does have a banquet room and the ability to hold larger groups, as long as you let them know ahead of time so they have a chance to prepare and accommodate you. Call ahead to make sure there is enough room for everyone.
